Preparation and Properties of Nano ZnO Dye Sensitized Solar Cells on (Titanium) Substrates

Abstract Nowadays, the development of science and technology has been increasing demand for energy. Energy problem become a bottleneck to restrict international social economy. People pay more attention research renewable resources. Solar energy is kind resource with great potential no pollution. The commercialized solar cells are mainly silicon cells, among which conversion efficiency single highest, but cost high. Therefore, people have exploring new materials, titanium based nano ZnO dye sensitized paid by scientists at home abroad. Based on this, preparation performance studied. In this paper, optical anode materials DSSC used as objects. Three-dimensional nanoband, one-dimensional graded nanotube array sub grade nanowire prepared anodizing hydrothermal synthesis. photovoltaic properties three One dimensional ZnO, films were two-step hierarchical obtained results show that assembled film, photoelectric 5.1%. Compared array, improved nearly 90%. instead only 4% in photoanode, higher than smooth photocell.
